Step 1: Contact your parish to find out if there is a group going from your parish. Let them know that you are interested in going to WYD 2011.

Step 2: After that you’ll have to complete the Registration Form (either the printable version or fill it out online) and World Youth Day  Agreement and send these along with a payment of $250 to Dube Travel Agency to the following address:

PRICE IS $2,139.00 PER PERSON FOR THE LAND PORTION, BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, PLUS THE AIR COST WHICH WILL BE FINALIZED  IN THE FALL AND IS ESTIMATED TO BE BETWEEN $800-$1200 PER PERSON.

 

CONDITIONS

If you must cancel after you make your deposit and up to July 30, 2010 there will be an additional $500 cancellation fee per person. If you must cancel after August 1, 2010 and before January 14, 2011, 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable. After final payment, the total amount is non-refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Dube Travel is acting solely as an agent for the passenger and, therefore, cannot accept responsibility for delays or arrivals, loss, damage, or injury to person or property.    All transportation modes used reserve the right to change the itinerary and substitute arrangements of any equal value, if in their opinion circumstances warrant change.
